On June 6 at 12:30 p.m., the official opening ceremony was held for the exhibition of Miquel Barceló at the Spanish Pavilion, on the occasion of the 53rd International Art Exhibition, the Venice Biennale.
The event included the attendance and a speech by the State Secretary of International Cooperation, Soraya Rodríguez, who was accompanied by Antonio Nicolau, Director of Cultural and Scientific Relations of the AECID (Spain’s Agency for International Cooperation and Development), and by Luis Calvo, the Ambassador of Spain in Rome.
